All orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment center located in Massachusetts, USA. We strive to process orders within 1-3 business days of purchase. During high-volume periods, processing may take longer. We will notify you if we experience any delays.

Shipping Costs: Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For orders over [Free Shipping Threshold, if applicable], we offer free standard shipping within the United States.

Order Processing Times: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please note that processing times are separate from shipping times.

2. Domestic Shipping

We offer various shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days.
  • Overnight Shipping: Delivery within 1 business day (if ordered before our cut-off time).

3. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within the United States. We hope to expand internationally in the future—please check back for updates.

If your package shows as "delivered" but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly, as they can assist with locating the package. If additional support is needed, feel free to contact us, and we will do our best to help.

6. Address Changes and Order Modifications

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. If you need to change your address or modify your order, contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. We will do our best to accommodate changes; however, we cannot guarantee modifications once the order has been processed.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. We recommend selecting a secure delivery location or opting for signature-required delivery if you have concerns about package security.

8. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain U.S. territories. Additionally, due to specific state restrictions, some products may not be available for shipping to all locations.
