Return and Refund Policy
1. Returns
Our returns policy lasts [30 days] from the date of purchase. If [30 days] have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged and in the same condition as when you received it, with all the original tags attached. It must also be in its original packaging.

- Intimate items, such as underwear and swimwear, due to hygiene reasons.
2. Returns process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

- We will analyze your request and, if approved, provide detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return.
- Once the return is authorized, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or was sent by mistake.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within [5-10 business days].
Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, including:
